How Do I Buy?
I release my products in collections or drops, usually every 4-6wks. There will be previews on my Instagram in the week leading up to the collection launch. The next release date will also be on the website and in your inboxes if you have signed up for the mailing list! All products are sold on a first come, first served basis to keep it fair to all. Please be aware that products can and do sell out FAST and are NOT held in your basket. The best way is to log into your account prior to launch and check out quickly, you can go back for anything else you might want, I'll always refund duplicate postage if more than one order is placed on launch day!
Do You Do Custom Orders?
Absolutely! I love working with your ideas! Custom slots are released at the same time as a new collection and take 4-6wks to complete. I will contact you after you have placed your order to discuss designs with you
Do You Ship Internationally?
I ship worldwide. All shipping prices can be found on the shipping page. Please be aware that you will be resonsible for any and all taxes, duties or custom fees in your country
What Do I Do If My Parcel Is Lost or Damaged?
I take the greatest of care when packaging your parcels but losses and damages do sometimes still occur. As a small business, any losses and/or damages from untracked parcels need to be raised with the shipping company directly- I do recommend the tracked delivery option so you are covered by the insurance. Please do let me know if there are any issues though and I will do whatever I can to help resolve the problem
